- Les articles retournés sans demande préalable ne seront pas acceptés.
Frais de retour
- Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf en cas d’erreur de Chatout Doux ou d’article défectueux.
Remboursement
- Le remboursement sera effectué une fois l’article reçu et inspecté si il y a lieu.
- Le montant sera retourné sur le mode de paiement original.
- Les frais de livraison ne sont pas remboursables.

Delivery Time
- Quebec / Canada: 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
